Streamlined app tracking boosted cross-functional team creativity, also, external and internal stakeholders became more data driven with clear dashboards and insights.
Joining Neugelb, I led analytics for Commerzbank's payment app, tasked with streamlining processes to accelerate feature launches. Ensuring robust app performance reporting and stakeholder management were critical. Meeting internal demands for data-driven optimisations across HR, QA, and Development involved providing tailored reports. Restructuring the Data team posed challenges in developing strategy and onboarding new members.
I engaged early in feature creation, building rapport with all team members, particularly app developers, to ensure timely tracking for the cross-functional team. Reorganising collaboration aimed to streamline communication and foster optimisation efforts. I conducted process mining to map main process steps, identify bottlenecks, and drive internal data-driven initiatives. I revamped the Data team by developing an appealing strategy, co-creating best practices documentation, and mentoring new team members.
